You will be the first point of contact for our leadership team and the central hub for our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Greet visitors, manage the switchboard for the executive office, and handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Financial Assistance: Help manage fee collections, assist with basic bookkeeping, and handle petty cash tasks.
  • Record Mastery: Process new applications, maintain learner files, and keep the database updated with precision.
  • Logistics & Supplies: Manage executive inventory, order necessary supplies, and coordinate smoothly with vendors.
  • Communication Hub: Manage newsletters and school communication groups to ensure the community is kept well-informed.
  • Compliance Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date health and safety files and staff records for important department inspections.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with a relevant administrative certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years in a front-office or administrative role (experience in a school environment is a major plus).
  • Tech Power-User: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and experience with school management software.
